Delivery

We've partnered with UPS to offer exceptional delivery timeframes, with most orders arriving within three days, and in some states, as quickly as the next day. While we can't guarantee exact delivery times once the package is with the courier, we make sure to keep you updated with tracking information provided by our shipping partners.

Please note that orders placed late on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday morning. If you need to upgrade your shipping to a faster service, just reach out to us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Damaged & Faulty Goods

 

If you notice any damage to the packaging of a product upon delivery, please be sure to sign for it as "damaged." This will help us file a claim with the courier company if the contents are also damaged. If the product inside is damaged after opening, please take clear photos of both the packaging and the damaged items, and email them to info@mitzvahdesignco.com, along with your order number.

If all items in your order are damaged, we will reprint and ship a replacement for the entire order. If only part of the order is affected, we will reprint and resend only the damaged items. Please note that you have 30 days from receipt to report any faulty goods, so we encourage you to contact us promptly.

Quality Issues

 

If you're not satisfied with the print quality, please take clear photos of the issue and email them to info@aura-print.com along with your order number and a brief description of the problem. We will review the situation, identify the cause, and determine the best course of action. Once we have a resolution, we'll get in touch with you to proceed.​​​​​
